Refund Policy

Your satisfaction matters to us. If something isn't right with your order, we'll make it easy to fix.

Return window

We accept returns within 7 days of the date you receive your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

Items that can't be returned

For hygiene and safety reasons, some items can't be returned, including used or opened personal-care products and items marked as final sale. If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, contact us before sending anything back.

How to start a return

  1. Email support.trendyrop@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp at +1 (301) 848-5242 within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return, and the reason.
  3. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address. Please don't send items back without contacting us first, as returns sent without approval can't be accepted.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — you won't need to pay anything. Faulty items are also covered by our 15-day guarantee.

Return shipping costs

Unless your item was damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we can't be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few extra days to appear on your statement.

Order cancellations

Need to cancel? Contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll cancel it and refund you in full. Once an order has shipped, it can't be cancelled, but you can return it under this policy.
